Oh good grief, the day has come, one of my children just helped me! (ok, she's 18, an adult but a child to me!)
Turns out I'd forgotten that I first bought it for her, and hence had to simply go to App Store/Purchases/Click *her* account/Search Procreate et voilà! Happily downloading now. Sorry for bothering y'all!
