They’re a bit more pedantic with the free tier now, and my license fee has tripled recently but unfortunately I’ve got all my clients using teamviewer so am locked in. There are other free alternatives but teamviewer’s the quickest to get installed for a new client so ultimately it saves me time. _ Regards Sam Mullen
