Hello all,

We've cut (hopefully) the final versions of Snap 0.2, and Snap 0.3 has
now been merged into master. Hopefully we can get a release of 0.3 out
the door sooner rather than later. The following list of things needs to
happen before we can do that:

  * John Lato's iteratee-0.4 branch has to be merged into master and
    thoroughly tested:
    http://github.com/JohnLato/snap-core/tree/iteratee-0.4

  * The "snap" project starter needs a testsuite, which should "snap
init" a fresh project, build it, and run some minimal tests against
    it to ensure everything works

  * The hint-based stuff needs automated testing also (your guess is as
good as mine as to how)

I have an article to write for "IEEE Internet Computing" about Snap due
at the end of the month, and an HTML5 parser on deck for Heist to work
on, so I won't have as much time to work on this as I'd like; it would
be "really really great" (tm) if some contributors could help pitch in
with a little bit of this work. Otherwise, 0.3 isn't make it out the
door until December, which is a shame since we're pretty close right
now; the snap-server testsuite passes on master as it is.

Thanks everyone!

G
