Hi Gustavo, why exactly are you thinking that there is a network problem?, the log file shows the size which is exactly the same as the downloaded package 3280896. I downloaded the snapfile from [1] as the log states and the size is exactly the expected.
I executed a sha384sum manually onto the downloaded file and produces the same hash as the produced in the ubuntu core system applying it to the file /var/lib/snapd/snaps/webdm_24.snap. I decompressed the squashed file and it is extracted without errors.
