Python3 is included in the core snap, so it is available at that path
for all devmode/strictly confined snaps.
Just a quick note to let everyone know that thanks to some first class
help in the irc channel I now have a (mostly) working snap. Now all I
need to do is set the restrictions.
With a working example I'm now free to explore and master this art so
thanks to everyone who helped.
