one other thing that just struck me is that "snappy config ubuntu-core"
is currently the keeper of the auto-update feature ... if we drop the
config function altogether it means that people will not be able to
disable the autoupdate and their boards reboot on their own
unconditionally... we will need some interim solution for this i believ
