NOTE FROM CHRIS:
Fox News filed a lawsuit to stop the publication of
Al Franken's book, "Lies and the Lying Liars Who Tell
Them: A Fair and Balanced Look at the Right," claiming
that "Fair and Balanced" is a trademarked phrase.
Although they eventually dropped the suit, the
attention moved the book to number 1 on both the
the New York Times and Amazon.com bestseller lists.
Other celebrities know a good thing when they see it,
and will no doubt jump on the free-publicity bandwagon.
(Well, for the purposes of our list, they will.)
