it IS all the cheaters fault. the cheater DECIDED to break that vow. regardless of the circumstances. Is it the guardrails fault my car is totalled? no, i had the RESPONSIBILITY to steer away from it. using this comparison you seem to be saying that the guardrail has SOME responsibility in my accident.
