Try the stuffing too, if you can get bulgur - it has a really nice toasty flavor and I will probably be making it for T-day instead of what we normally do. The chicken is just your basic bland roast chicken, so I wouldn't bother with that bit.

BTW, if you do marzipan at Christmas, use this recipe instead of buying it. It actually tastes really good - like *almonds* instead of icky mush.
