Could be 'cuz they planned it that way.  Sci-fi pulled all Schwarzenegger movies during the campaign, and made an all out ad blitz specifically choosing this movie to be the first they showed.

Ok, I just had to share this. On Sci-Fi right now they are showing Total Recall.....I dont know why but something about showing this movie the day after the recall elections just tickled me for some reason.
