Maybe, but I'd bet more on that it will be Antichrist acting as the peacemaker, as part of the seven-year treaty.With Arafat dead, wouldn't that open the way to a peacemaker to appear on the scene and open the way for Antichrist? After all, it's been Arafat who stood in the way of any realistic negotiations.
