i despise bank of america
we just went thru six weeks of scheduling hell to get thru training so we could actually have time together as a family. now the idiot bigshots at the bank have decided to make everyone change schedules so there will be less of a wait time on the phones. (if they fixed the automated system there wouldnt be that many people be shifted to customer service anyway) so now we have to go thru shift bids and such and new supervisors in order to make the bank think theyve done something positive ugh ugh ugh
