All he will get for disobeying orders is busted in rank, or a discharge.
Hardly appropriate for the crime committed.

Charles, you have to remember that treason is a very difficult crime to
prove because of its definition in Article III, Section 3 of the U.S.
Constitution.  Proving the other charges may be a lot easier.
