Spanish style Whiting

Whiting filets
2 tomatoes
1/2 cucumber (thinly sliced)
1 green pepper diced
onion
garlic
2 1/2 tbs butter
2 1/2 tbs parsley
1 1/4 tbs white wine
2 1/2 tbs lemon juice
2/3 tsp marjorum
2/3 tsp tarragon

cut fish into pieces and place in well greased baking pan.  Arrange cucumber and tomato slices on top of fish. saute onion, green pepper, and garlic in butter. remove from heat. Stir in parsley, wine, lemon juice, marjorum, and tarragon. spoon over fish. bake in preheated 375 oven for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
