Disney Says: Fish Are PETA Too

LOS ANGELES (Zap2it.com) - It's not called "Filleting Nemo" for a reason.

The Disney/Pixar family comedy "Finding Nemo" will help promote vegetarianism to the masses.

In a recent agreement, Disney has allowed People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals to use images of the film for a new vegetarian ad campaign.

PETA will use a still from the film in their "Fish are friends" campaign, or as some affectionately like to call it, "Me No Eat No Nemo."

The story of a young clownfish who leaps to freedom while becoming separated from his father captured the hearts and wallets of Americans, earning over $337 million at the box office. On Oct. 3, "Nemo" began its reign of water overseas in the UK.
