vindicate what was said then. Officially...
And seems to make it *offical*

And last but not least, since from
prior reports *if* true, that she agrees the kissing or whatever was
consensual but she said no at a later point...if this bit about her not being

On the stand in testimony...
1) Detective said their was male Caucasian pubic hair and
semen in her panties from another man. These are the panties she wore
to the hospital.
2) Victim says no sex with no one for 4 days before Kobe
(ok, if that is true, why was she still wearing the panties
Ugggghhh)
3) Detective says that the victim was unclear if she
made it clear she said no.
