LOS ANGELES (Zap2it.com) - Some old Family members might be lurking in the
shadows for "The Sopranos" in its upcoming season.
An episode of the HBO mob drama's fifth season will reportedly include
appearances by several characters who have been whacked. The likes of
Salvatore "Big Pussy" Bonpensiero, Richie Aprile and Jackie Aprile Jr.
could all turn up.
Sources tell The Hollywood Reporter that Vincent Pastore (Big Pussy), David
Proval (Richie) and Jason Cerbone (Jackie Jr.) have signed to appear in an
episode, as have John Heard (Detective Vin Makazian), Al Sapienza (Mikey
Palmice) and Dan Grimaldi ("Spoons" Parisi).
There's a chance Joe Pantoliano (Ralph Cifaretto) could appear as well.
Producers of "The Sopranos" and Pantoliano's CBS show, "The Handler," are
trying to work out scheduling issues.
The dead characters would likely show up in a dream sequence. HBO and
representatives for the actors are keeping quiet.
"The Sopranos" returns to HBO in March.
