make any sane person see reasonable doubt.  Now I'm reading that the defense
has a witness that is an employee at the hotel who encountered the victim
immediately after the encounter and noted that she was not upset, was not
disheveled, was not bleeding or apparently injured, and acted normally.  It
does make one wonder you know.


the thing here though is not to establish reasonable doubt at a hearing    the hearing is suppose to see if there is enough evidence to go to trial. at least thats what a normal hearing is for.
