Just playing Devils advocate here....
A lawyer on FOX last night had the opinion that all
this stuff in pre-trial that the defense is purporting
(even if it *is* rebutle Charles) is designed to taint
the rep of the accusor and much of it will not be
allowed at the real trial. (just another spin)
