or two back when it happened, the news reporters couldn't hardly give the report
for laughing. lol

terrorists, called police to report a suspicious man sitting in a car
at the reservoir at 5:00 a.m. A sheriff's deputy arrived to find Earl
Henry Woodruff, 40, asleep in the front seat of his car wearing only a
bra and a pair of thong panties. Also in the car with him: a homemade
bomb. When the deputy asked what the large item with a fuse was,
Woodruff allegedly replied it was "just a thing filled with gunpowder"
that he made "to scare somebody." (Ft. Smith Times Record) ...That was
hardly necessary, considering what he was wearing.
