Makes you wonder if they realize how ignorant it makes them look when they spout off that mess.

Now, splain this lucy?  How is requiring someone seeking a scholarship to have a high test score racist?  Is the NAACP once again saying that its constituents are dumber than white folks, because that's the only way it could be racist.

No Hope in Georgia

Georgia Republican Gov. Sonny Perdue is a racist for pushing to tie state scholarship money to SAT scores, reports the Atlanta Constitution.

Black lawmakers in Georgia said Perdues suggestion to let test results help determine HOPE scholarship eligibility was shameful and called him the most racially divisive governor since Lester Maddox.

"He does not believe that Georgia is a place for all people," said Sen. Vincent Fort.

The legislators called the SAT proposal the latest in a litany of racist policies. Among the other examples were his support for changes in predatory lending laws, his push to allow a referendum on the state flag and some personnel decisions involving African-Americans.
