McDonald`s Sweet and Sour Sauce

 
     1/4           cup  peach preserves
     1/4           cup  apricot preserves
  2        tablespoons  light corn syrup
  2        tablespoons  water
  1 1/2    tablespoons  white vinegar
  1 1/2      teaspoons  cornstarch
     1/2      teaspoon  soy sauce
     1/2      teaspoon  prepared mustard
     1/4      teaspoon  salt
     1/8      teaspoon  garlic powder

Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Bring mixture to a boil
in a small saucepan over medium heat. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring often.
Remove from heat and allow to cool. Store, covered, in refrigerator.
