I had
this friend that used to work tech support for a local isp and he would tell me
all the time about some of the funnier calls.
many of them are old
folks.
But yeah..they are dumber
than dirt that's for sure.
I wish I could remember some
of the really good ones. It's been years since he worked in
homes.

previous post..my husband was a service tech for years.
he has some good
ones.
ooh ooh..like when there
is a bad thunderstorm, and a lady calls up and says her cable is out.
So my hubby does the call back and asks her "Is your power out
ma'am?"
She says "why yes it
is."
So he says.. "Well how
do you know your cable is out?"
ROTFLMAO!!
Oh he's had some really
good ones. He had a service call where the lady said she couldn't watch
any of her movies.
he gets there and her
VCR is broke.
