Uh, I have this in the oven now...uh,
are you sure it's supposed to have that much milk? If so, sure it's just 25
minutes? lol I followed this to a t, just went to take it out and it's still
liquid. Came back and double checked the reciepe making sure I didn't goof.....I
did just what you said. What gives? lol
I stuck it back in the oven,
in case the cooking time was wrong....
Easy Rice Pudding
2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. powdered cinnamon
Place rice in bowl, add all
ingredients, stir to mix. Pour into greased baking dish or pan. Bake about 25
minutes in a 350 degree oven.
