Jen has hit one of my pet peeves here. I think the notion of having the age of majority for almost everything else except drinking be 18 but drinking be 21 is foolish and sets a bad example. Why should society tell an 18-year-old he can go fight and die but not drink alcohol? Foolish laws breed disrespect for the rule of law itself.19 is being a teenager and isnt of legal age.
