If he offended me enough I would. See that's the
point I'm making. Some folks were so offended by what some of these celebs
are saying that they don't want to see them or hear them. There are some
on another group that have made comments so treasonous that I won't even read
anything that has their name attached to it.
And Mick may be anti-bush (what may be...he is...LOL)
but he's not anti-American as far as I know, and many of these libs in
hollyweird are part of the blame America first crowd. That mindset offends
me greatly. Diss the president if you must, I'm not always 100% behind him
myself, but don't be treasonous.
What the chicks did, and Sean Penn did, was tantamount
to treason. They were on foreign soil, and gave aid and comfort to our
enemy.
So as far as the Chicks go, I won't listen to
them, nor will I listen to a radio station that continues to play their
music.

LOL,
ok, but you don't see his name and just delete them though....you still read his
posts.
Well, no. Only those that *choose*
to listen to him do. Some of us consider the source and ignore his
ramblings.
Charles

Oh
and one example, Mick can't stand Bush, but we all still listen to him,
LOL
Some people feel that strongly about some
subjects, its no different than refusing to listen or buy anything from the
Chics.
But why "ban" him for being anti Bush...I'm sure
you had no problems with any celeb that was anti
Clinton?
It was more
anti-bush.
Let me dig it
up...

Stephen King Defends Popular
I can live with anti-war
statements. Those don't bother me. But it's the
anti-American statements that get under my skin. And the ones that
do it outside the US. I figure if someone is anti-war, that's
cool, but if you are going to criticize my country, you better do it
while your feet are on it's ground. Politics stop at the water's
edge is my belief.

Oh it was this
year..an anti war statement. I was quite distraught over having to add
him to my banned list.

I have read everything by King. he is a
