They reinforce the not returning them, but they don't say a word
about trying them on. Most say to try on bathing suits before buying them. You
are supposed to leave underwear on, but most I've ever seen don't leave them on.
Very nasty yes, but also very true. Oh and I've never heard anywhere about it
being illegal selling returned items as new and at full
price.

Uh, I'm not sure what they do in
Virginia but uh...In Arkansas and Louisiana both, you can't return under
clothes at Wal-Mart. I've been in line behind folks who have tried, they will
tell you in a heart beat that it violates health department rules. Want
to say there are signs in the dressing rooms as well about trying them on if
your not going to buy them for the same reasons.
That's just beyond
nasty....

All Wal-Mart's clothes that get returned are still sold at
full price, same at Goody's. Not to mention, think of people trying clothes
on, even bathing suits and panties (yes girls try panties on too) and they
are still sold full price, but technically once someone puts them on once,
they aren't really new.

Not at Dillard's. A major portion of my
girl's clothes are things that people have returned to Dillard's and they
can't sell them as new so they let the employees get them significantly
reduced.
