A father has been
ordered to demolish his daughter's tree house after losing a planning
battle over the structure. |

A dispute was
started with neighbours when Daniel Bennett, 37, of Glossop, Derbyshire,
built the tree house at the end of her grandmother's garden. |

Councillors
received complaints from a resident claiming his children were scared of
the structure and after an appeal by Mr Bennett was dismissed it was
ordered that the tree house, which is just 6ft above the ground, be
removed within 3 months. |
