A Marry Christmas
Single women want Santa to bring them someone to marry this Christmas, while single men are just hoping for a hot date for New Year's Eve. A survey by the Web site personals.yahoo.com, finds 96 percent of single men and women say they would take a new love interest home for the holidays to meet the family for the first time. Nearly half of singles surveyed say their New Year's resolution for 2004 is to meet new people and go on more dates in hopes of meeting that special someone. Meeting someone is a higher priority than losing weight, quitting smoking, saving money and exercising. While 24 percent of singles think New Year's Eve is overrated, 40 percent see it as a new chance to find love.
