Deep Dish Quiche
Pizza
4 oz pkg cream cheese
4 eggs
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup parmesan cheese finely
grated
1 Tbs Chives
1/2 tsp italian seasoning
2 cups Italian cheeses
1/2 tsp wet garlic or 1/4 tsp
powder
1/2 cup low carb spaghetti
sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese
toppings to taste
Beat together cream cheese and eggs till
smooth. Add cream and parmesan cheese and spice.
Spray 9" or larger glass baking dish with
oil put 2 cups pizza cheese in dish and pour egg mixture of it and bake at 375
degrees for 30 mins. Spread on pizza sauce, sprinkle on 1 cup mozzarella
cheese and pile high with your favorite toppings. Bake till bubbly brown
and let stand.
Pizza Soup
1 lb browned/drained ground
beef
4 cups water
3/4 cup carrots sliced thin
2 cups mushrooms sliced thin
1 - 14.5 oz can of stewed tomatoes chopped
(with garlic is great)
1 clove crushed garlic (omit if tomatoes
have garlic)
1 teaspoon dried oregano
black pepper and salt to
taste.
Simmer all these ingredients till the
veggies are tender. Add 3/4 lb Velveeta or store brand equivalent.
Serve when cheese is fully melted.
Total carbs for the whole batch is 62.3
grams. Eight servings would be 7.78 grams / serving.
