Hmm, I am almost positive they showed him when he first fell from the rafters. Then they switched from the ring cameras to JR and King. I think I may still have that PPV taped. I'll have to go watch. But I am almost positive, the cameras showed him falling and then they cut away because for the first few seconds everyone (at home.. though I am sure the arena crowd didn't) thought it was part of the show. Then when they cut to the announcers, JR said that Blue Blazer/Owen had fallen from the rafters. I do know that they didn't show the fall later, nor did they take the cameras into the ring either.
