that case, I don't want to give up pasta and I have no intentions of ever giving
it up, LOL....there are other things I could easily give up, pasta ain't gonna
be one of them, LOL

I'll go to olive garden and order Chicken Parmesan and eat the chicken and
leave the noodles on the plate untouched.

Meat I guess...most of my pasta doesn't have much dairy
going with it anyway, unless it's an alfredo sauce, but when at an Italian
eatery, I'll get pasta and a steak.
