Well, they claim that they try to do a yearly evaluation here, but I have not had one since I've been here for 2 1/2 years. I did get a raise after 6 months cause they promised me one to entice me to come on board. I am waiting to talk to them at the 2 year mark since that last raise. I'm going to make them an offer to give me a raise and an extra week off a year or no raise and 3 extra weeks off. I figured it up and the raise they gave me would equal to 3 weeks off a year, so I figure that would be a way for them to not have to put out any more money, since we are "broke", according to them.
