I've never had stitches in my life before, so the one they put
in to sew my gums back together was a first. I've been aware of it being
there all week, but it freaked me out when it came loose a few minutes
ago. It's one of those self dissolving kinds, and apparently it had done
its job and dissolved. But it freaked me out for a minute or
two.
