Russ, one thing you will need to add to your snfupd.cmd file in order to make sure the process runs from the correct location: ===== rem Move to your Sniffer drive and directory rem (your Sniffer drive letter here) c: rem (your Sniffer directory path here) cd\imail\declude\sniffer =====
