Hello Rajae,

SNMP4J-Agent-JMX (and all other SNMP4J-Agent* packages)
do not use any snmpd.conf file. Such files are used
by NET-SNMP.

Have you used the correct port? 161 is the default
of the agent. On UNIX systems, you need to run the
agent with root privileges. Check the output of the
agent for errors.
