Does anyone has a code snippit of this being detected (ideally both from a 
normal request and a TreeUtils.getSubtree()) and how it is handled?
For me, between the two, I would be notifying the user of the app about the 
issue, but need an encompassing method of both accurately detecting it and 
handling it...
