Hi Christy,

TableUtils (which is creating TableEvents) uses GETNEXT and
GETBULK to retrive table data. Both operations must not
return any exception values you refer to (e.g. noSuchInstance,
noSuchName). Thus, it does not make sense to return it
as if it is returned by an agent, that agent violates the
standard.
