Yes, EngineId at receiver and sender are same. Yes, the authentication/privacy passwords on the receiver site are localized for the engine ID of the sender. I am passing engineId while creating USM instance and UsmUser instance at receiver side, I think this is what localized you meant. Please correct me if I misunderstood. However the engineId validation is passing through successfully with engine discovery property enabled/disabled.
