Astăzi, la cursul de Sisteme de Operare 2 (EC101, începând cu ora
14:20), Ryan Ware, Security Lead în Intel, va ține o prezentare de
aproximativ 1h despre experiența sa pe security și open source.
Toți cei care interesați de aceste domenii sunt invitați.
Mai jos se găsesc câteva detalii despre Ryan:
Ryan Ware is the Intel Tizen Security Lead. He currently works at Intel
where he has been for the last 12 years. At Intel, he has worked in
various areas where security and Linux have intersected including
graphics, processor and health care products. Additionally he has
worked in Intel Labs researching vulnerability analysis. Within Intel,
he is a regular instructor for classes related to secure coding
practices, security validation and creating a secure architecture.
Since becoming the MeeGo Security Lead, he has actively been
evangelizing Linux security within the MeeGo and Tizen communities,
broadly within Intel and with the public at large.
