Hi!
I can only guess, but I have had some problems using the
ServiceManagerClient because I didn't use the same versions of soap.jar for
the client and the server. I.e. I used SOAP.JAR 2.1 for the client
(ServiceManagerClient) and soap.jar 2.2 for the server.
