I get SOAP-ENV:Server.Exception in the FAULT

I get SOAP-ENV:Server:Server.Exception
        java.lang.NoSuchMethodError

whenever I run the samples.

FYI, I am using tomcat and i am able to run the rpcrouter and admin client .
The web program runs fine .
The command line , java org.apache.soap.server.ServiceManagerClient
http://localhost:8080/soap/servlet/rpcrouter deploy DeploymentDescriptor.xml
raises the above mentioned error
