Noticed that the dist and build targets of xml-soap are a bit different
than for example for the serveletapi and for the tomcat-3.2 code. For
soap they go into
TOP/xml-soap/java/dist/....
and for the other projects they go into
TOP/dist/<project>/...
which is kind of convenient. Any reason for that ?

PS I realize that this is not my field; forgive me for
being jakarta build ignorant; but please find attached
a little diff:
- moved dist to the same place as tomcat/servletapi
- adds a tiny build.sh
- adds a ejb dependency on the sample build's to
allow build dist on MacOS X (still warning on
java doc of course - which make no sense to mask
I assume) whilst not having EJB.
