Oops, my mistake. If you look at the docs for Apache SOAP v2.2 (http://xml.apache.org/soap/docs/index.html) you will see all the dependencies listed. Some of the dependencies are IBM originated (like BSF and the SMTP/POP3 beans we used). The XMI dependency (does anyone care about that any more?) is on some alphaWorks code, but everything else is open-source and freely available I believe!
