Note the return path; just cut and paste ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ that part
into the URL; i.e

        [EMAIL PROTECTED]

and you can unsubscribe from *any* email account as long as you are able
to still receive mail on it.

If that fails - mail the owner. His or her email is -also- in the header.
