I was able to completely isolate the change, so I have added it in. There is now a method on SOAPHTTPConnection which will allow you to set the value for TcpNoDelay. The default remains whatever your JVM/socket implementation has chosen it to be. We hope to put RC2 up either later today or early tomorrow, so the change should be in there.
