SOAP Solution

Hi,   I am working on the digital library project where I need to migrate a digital contents like doc, pdf, rtf, htmls from the client side  to server side digital preservation system. I am trying to find out different solutions to fascilitates this data transfer on the regular basis. I am exploring SOAP , AXIs , SAAJ  protocol. Client side application is already web based application.   Does anybody give me some inputs about these 3 methods , which one will be better ? and also if there is any other way of migration of the data ?   - Kirti
