Configuration Error

I've been getting this error message. I was wondering if anyone knew why. java org.apache.soap.server.ServiceManagerClient http://localhost/soap/servlet/rpcrouter list Ouch, the call failed:   Fault Code   = SOAP-ENV:Server.Exception:   Fault String = java.lang.NoSuchMethodError   If i just go to http://localhost/soap/servlet/rpcrouter, i do get, SOAP RPC Router Sorry, I don't speak via HTTP GET- you have to use HTTP POST to talk to me.
