To send an Element to SOAP service do this in your client:
// assuming you declared my_element as an Element (Element my_element;)
Vector params = new Vector();
params.addElement(new Parameter("my_parameter_name", Element.class,
my_element, Constants.NS_URI_LITERAL_XML));
call.setParams(params);
