I want run the HelloWorld sample,get a fault.

I use the tomcat as webserver,
and i have deployed the urn:Hello
to the webservice, but i get this fault.
Generated fault:
 Fault Code = SOAP-ENV:Server.BadTargetObjectURI
 Fault String = Unable to resolve target object:

is anyone meet this error, and how to resolve it,
